When I was growing up my parents had many apple trees. I guess you can say they still do, since they live in the same house. Here we are picking apples at grandpa and grandma Farnsworths house. I remember picking apples for FHE when I was younger. We have eaten apples canned in many forms. I remember my mom canning apples before all the equipment was invented to can apples quickly. Sounds dreadful and shes amazing for having done it. When the apple peeler/corer/slicer came out my mom must of felt like it was heaven. I disliked canning, still do but I do it now because it tastes so much better.
